CRT Clay Art

For CRT we have been doing air dry clay, we have been making boxes and air dry clay. We are making these for 5 year olds and Me Ailla and Pearl made a dinosaur for a 5 year old. It’s so so cute It’s blue and it has green dots and orange spikes and a little orange flower next to the dinosaur’s eye. And we also made a little bouncy ball and its orange and blue and it has green dots! We all have enjoyed making these so much it’s so fun to make and create the box and the air dry clay!  And if you leave air dry clay out it will go hard like if you leave air dry clay out for 10mins it would go kinda hard but it’s really fun to play with and make stuff out of!  It’s also amazing how it can dry out and it can be like a little toy but the bad thing is that sometimes stuff can break off like a leg or a head like something like that.

Reflection About Literature Circle

Literature Circle Reflection

My overall impression of the Literature Circles was really cool because it’s like meeting new people and learning new stuff about lots of things like history and mystery and lots more.

My favourite task was either Artful artist or passage picker because both of them were really fun to do and it was also really fun doing the other ones as well but I would rather prefer Artful Artist or Passage Picker.

The challenge I had was  when I was doing my part of the slides it was kinda hard doing Summeriser because you have to put the words from the book in your own sentence but it was pretty cool doing it as well.

The progress I saw in the conversations over time was when we all first started doing Literature Circle. It was a bit awkward talking to people that you usually don’t talk to but over time you get more comfortable and you don’t really care who you’re with anymore.

The RISE values I showed the most was and Resilience, how I showed Resilience was when something got hard and tuff I bounced back and then my work that I do got easy overtime.

From the Literature Circle tasks, I learnt how to be a good team and not let anyone down and also how to do my work way faster without talking and sitting with my friends.

From holding the Literature Circle conversations, I learnt how to do more stuff like Discussion Directure. I learnt more questions and more stuff that people learnt and liked how they knew what to do and lots of other stuff.

Advocates and Environmentalist

For Inquiry we have been learning how to create fact files about Trailblazers and famous people. My Favourite person on this sheet is Kate Sheppard because she gave the rights for women to vote and not just Men that got to vote all the time. We had to put all of these in our own sentence and I did pretty well at doing it.  Some of these people have passed away and some are still living but also very old.

My one thing about my holidays

During the holidays I went to Charlis house for a play date.

We went to the pond that was a little walk up her street and it was really funny because we went on the rocks that were in the pond water.

We were scared that we were gonna fall in the pond because the rocks were slippery and there were eels so we both thought we were gonna fall in but we were also laughing as well so it made it more scary.

After that we went for a walk around the pond, we found these corn dogs and we saw them on Youtube so be both bit into them and Charli, was okay but I laughed choking [I was okay by the way] but then we were walking again and then we went back to her house and chilled out and then I went home.
